Travallook - Flight ticket money refund

I booked a flight from Lucknow to bangalore today (**-oct- ****) through travalook , the money got deducted from my credit card and they mailed saying the ticket booking is in progress ,wait for ** mins ,this is when i searched on google and it seems it is fraud comany , i called by myself to the customer care and as it happened with everyone same happened to me ,they told the flight has got cancelled and we'll refund your money ,they dont refund money and i want to file a complaint against them to get my money back!
