Booked ticket from Tuticorin to chennai on Sep *st****. Initially ticket was in pending for confirmation status later it got cancelled. When i reach out to customer care they told that full refund will be provided within * working days. its been more than a month but still its not refunded. Attaching all the emails for the same.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
