Travalook - Flight ticket fraud

I booked a fight tickets through this site not knowing that it is a fraud company. They deducted the money immediately without giving the flight tickets. In some time they called saying that the flight is full and thus your ticket has been cancelled. When I asked for refund they said you'll receive a refund within ** days but I don't think they'll return the money as no one is picking up the call when dialed to the number given by them.
