I booked a flight ticket via travolook on *th June **** from Delhi to Raipur for dt **th June **** and back on **th June ****. After some time I received a call that fare is increased so we are cancelling your tickets and you will get the full refund within **-** working days. They sent me a mail with the subject Your Booking is Cancelled with travolook.in: REF*********. They also share me customercare mail id (support@travolook.in) and contact no (***********).
I made a call to customercare and also sent mail to support Id and they reverted that you amount will be credited to your account after **-** working days ie. on **th June ****. I made follow up on call and they ensured they will make the refund as per scheduled date on **th June ****.
Again on **th they sent me a mail that due to some technical issue amount is not processed and your refund will reflect in your account in next *-** working days. When I made a call to customercare number they were not responding properly and not giving any proof that they have initiated the refund. When asked to connect me to your seniors so that I can get the reason for non-refund but they told me to disconnect and call on the same number and I will be able to speak to their senior. I call again after * minutes and same person picked the call and he told that our seniors are not available and you cannot talk to him and disconnected my call.
As per second commitment it was supposed to receive the refund on *th July ****. When I did not received the refund on *th July ****, I made a call to customer care Today (**th July ****)
On **** ******* they simply reply it will take more * working and when asking for the reason she disconnected the call. I also have call record of today’s interaction with them.
I sent mail to them on **th June ****, **th June **** and *th July ****, *th July **** to know the reason for not transferring the amount but they have never reverted to my mail even after reminders.
Subsequently I made a series of call to CustomerCare and they are not responding properly and most of the time they are disconnecting my calls.
Requested to please help to get my refund of Rs.****/- along with the compensation as I got tortured by them and due to this reason I am mentally harassed during this pandemic time as facing financial crashes.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
