DESIGNERS CORNER - Flight reschedule chargee

I missed my chandigarh flight because of your female staff Kailash Yadav.
I reached there in time and she was arguing with a customer, I waited there ** minutes then I asked shall I go to another counter, she immediately cleared his luggage and took me she said sir you are late by * minutes. I told her I was telling you I am flying to chandigarh but you never listen to me.
I missed my *.** chandigarh flight because of your staff I was with my family.
She is too slow she offered me another morning flight *.** for that I had to pay her **** extra. Kailash yadav has to count money four times, she was doing mistake in counting, she accepted that she got calculation problem that's why she took time.
Finally when all done,she blamed me for clicking photo. I immediately gave her my mobile to delete it as I knew I never clicked her photo. Even though she realised that her allegation is false she never accepted her mistake and misbehaved me and my wife sangeeta gurnani and told me to go n complaint for me.
I had to come back to my home with family again to fly early morning.

WHY DO YOU HAVE SUCH SLOW AND ILL MANNERED STAFF.

This is not good for your company for long run.

I am very much disturbed and annoyed by your staff behaviour.

I had to pay extra and go back to home n come again to catch another flight.
I am attaching the payment receipts with boarding pass.

I demand my refund which I paid extra for another flight. Although you should be descent enough to pay me damage money for which I suffered due to your slow and ill mannered staff and height is that she never accepted her mistake.
