I had booked flight tickets for family members on Nov **,**** to visit Mumbai from Bengaluru for personal visit purposes but suddenly due to technical issues at travolook portal money got deducted from my account but the ticket was not booked.
As suggested by your executive refund is not yet received . Also, I have tried reaching you on Toll Free Support: ****-***-**** but the call gets suddenly disconnected .
