ANA flight ticket - Flight Refund not processed for 1 month

I booked International flight ticket via flipkart and because of COVID positive report I have to cancel my ticket. Airline Air Nippon confirm me that they process ***% refund on *th Jan'** but still Flipkart not providing any update from last ** days. Mark Mail to CEO (Kalyan Krishnamurthy), CS Head but no update from Customer care and Escalation team. Sent ** reminders and *-** calls to flipkart but still waiting.. waiting and waiting
