Shekhran Verma filed complaint against Air India And Ebookers Com on Feb 19, 2021
I booked the round trip flight from Ebooker.com with Air India from Thu, ** Nov - Sun, ** Dec ****.
Which got cancelled by Air India on * Oct, **** and I was informed by Ebookers that the full refund will be processed for it and I should wait till * Dec **** for it to be processed.
After checking in Dec **** , I was informed that Air India hasn't processed the refund yet , I should wait another month (extended wait due to COVID times) for them to get it processed.
Since January ****. I have checked multiple times on the refund status and each time I am given the same response that the issue has been escalated to higher team and Air India hasn't processed any refund yet .
It feels like begging for your own money , not getting any response except to come back and check again next week.
This is certainly not the professional conduct expected either from Ebookers.com or Air India.
Only I know the mental harassment , I have to go through to call up and check each time for refund and turned down each time .
Its been around * months now since the tickets got cancelled and I haven't had any updates so far on the refund or any ETA on when I can expect that to be processed.
And I actually booked that trip around March **** , I only wonder how much interest I could have earned I did not waste my money with Air India.
All in all its been really pathetic experience so far and fells like I have lost this huge amount of money and can only pray for the refund to magically appear in my account someday may be ...
