Flipkart travel - Flight Refund issue

I have booked a combo ticket (onward is Spicejet and return is Air India) from Flipkart Travel. Onward flight was cancelled by Spicejet and airline has confirmed that it has been fully refunded. After this was cancelled, I had to manually cancel my return journey as well at my own cost. As per Air India cancellation charges are ****+ taxes. But Flipkart has charged me **** cancellation fee. When requested, they claimed that cancellation charges are from both airlines and demanded the proof of full refund from airline for Spicejet. I have provided that proof as well. Total amount I paid is **,*** rupees. And total refund I have received is only *,*** rupees. I have been asking for details from Flipkart from last * months but I hardly ever get anything relevant. I am expecting another **** - **** rupees as refund.

When I was cancelling my *nd flight (Air India), Flipkart portal itself showed me that I will getting a refund of *,*** rupees. But I only got *,*** rupees. Means they have missed out *,*** rupees
