Booked flight tickets from travolook.in on **th may **** i paid ****rs for the first flight it got cancelled from travolook end and amount debited from my bank and again i booked another ticket from the same site and paid **** rs for the ticket after a week i got message from airlines stating that flight was cancelled due to operation reason and i contacted travolook customer care they said amount will be credited to you account in ** - ** days span, after that incident i waited for a month and again contacted them for the next time they were saying it will take ** - ** working days leaving saturday & sunday's. They are literally cheating customers by saying this time frame and i urge DGCA and related govt officials to look into this website and sort it out, Please don't encourage such sites..
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
