There are a couple of reasons for which I faced problems -
*) The flight was delayed by almost *hours and hence lead to failure of my plans further as I was not able to execute due to time lapse.
*) At arrival in Dar Es Salaam, it was found that my one bag (RED COLOR) has not arrived yet and on enquiring with the authorities it was brought to notice that it shall arrive in *-* days which was very troublesome for me as it contained my clothes, special food items due to health/diet issues and other things as well. Hence, had to face a lot of problems because of this and also incurred a lot of expenses.
Furthermore, I request you to compensate with the allowance/claim of USD****/- for the delay of flight and luggage as I was not able to have access to my things for *-* days and had to revise my schedule and buy new stuff on urgent basis which was really a disaster and huge expense for me.
Had mailed few times to the carrier and insurance company but no result yet.
Hoping for your kind cooperation and response at earliest.
