Go Air Airlines - Flight cancelled no refund

I had booked ticket for Delhi to Lucknow for my mother in law for *th June. Airlines cancelled the flight and their call centre refused to entertain my request on refunds. I have written * emails to them and the Nodal officer, no response till date. Almost being ** days. Airlines have taken customers for granted. I am not sure how come the are able to do so with impunity. I have exhausted all internal channels and hence posting it here to see if it triggers any response to resolve... The amount is insignificant but the agony and pain caused is of great value to me.
