Indigo make my trip - Flight Cancelled did not refund full amount

I have booked a flight ticket from hyderabad to prayagraj on *th dec
The flight has got cancelled from your side.Later a rescheduled flight details were sent for **th dec ****.Since it was not suitable for me i chose to travel some other way for which i was asked for confirmation which i provided that i am not traveling on the flight rescheduled on **th.
Now the cancellation refund was sent only for **** rupees only from make my trip side since i booked my ticket through make my trip but i was supposed to get full refund which is of ***** rupees since i did not cancel the ticket but it was a fault from indigo side therefore i request you to look into this and respond immediately and refund also immediately
