Happyeasygo India Private Limited - Flight cancelled by Indigo Airlines booking agent not refunding my amount

I booked my Indigo airlines ticket in October **** through web-portal of Happyeasygo India Pvt Ltd for **th March **** from Hongkong to Delhi at a cost of Rs *****. In January ****, I was communicated that my flight has been cancelled by the airlines. Since then, I have been begging Happyeasygo to refund my booked amount, but they have been absolutely uncooperative and not refunding any amount to me. They have been diverting me to talk to Indigo Airlines etc and somehow have agreed to refund only Rs ****/-, which is still not received. I have talked to the customercare department of Happyeasy go and written to them, but they are simply harassing me.
