shijimon - Flight Cancelled and Ticket refund not done by Make my trip

For your kind information I had booked a flight ticket for my son Adarsh sheejashiji from Kochi to Muscat on dt */*/**** for the traveling date **/**/**** .
I received the mail that the Flight has been cancelled and the ticket booked amount will be refunded ,
Up to date i didn't get any information regarding the fund refund from your side.
May i know the Status regarding the fund refund . or please suggest me that I has to file a complaint in Consumer court,
I am not a rich person to drop the payment done for the ticket booking , I had taken loan for booking ticket , now i has to pay the loan interest. so kindly do the needful
