Flip Kart Com - flight cancelled and refund not received
BHARATHKUMAR BAVA JAYARAJ filed complaint against Flip Kart Com on Jun 24, 2023
Flynas airticket from Delhi to Jeddah booked via flipkart.com with booking ID ************ and PNR - YEMHSA dtd **-**-** for Rs*****. The flight was cancelled by Flynas Airlines, and a full refund was initiated on **-june-** to flipkart.com, but even after **+ days, there was no proper response from flipkart after several follow-ups through email and customer care. customer care executives always ask to wait for **-** hrs several times, but no any action taken until today.
