I have planned a trip with my family from Hyderabad to Chandigarh and booked round trip Go First flight. Before * days of my journey received a message flight was cancelled due to issues beyond their control. I spent extra *k to book with another airline the same was happened for return also. But this time I have to spent double fare extra **k to book with another airline on the same day. When I spoke to Go First airline they can not help for the extra money spent. If they are unable to handle operations why they are taking pre bookings. Here both financially and mentally affected.
