Makemytrip india Pvt Ltdo - Flight cancellations amount oending

I booked a flight from Pune to Delhi and Delhi to Pune and it costed me Rs.*****. But due to personal reasons I had to cancel the tickets and I was promised from MakeMyTrip through email stating that I would receive a refund of Rs *****. But I received only Rs ***** as refund. So Rs **** is still pending to be received from MakeMyTrip. Please help here. Much appreciated.
