CLEARTRIP com - Flight cancellation without consent and deduction of amount

Because of covid-** all the flights were cancelled from the airline side. My flights were also cancelled by Indigo but we were given the option to go for credit shell. I opted for credit shell. And now cleartrip has initiated the refund after all deductions without even checking with me. And one day without any notice , i am getting a message that refund for **,*** has been initiated for flight booking of *th april. Total amount was **,***. I am trying to reach out to me but no response. Please help
