I booking a flight of * passengers for **nd june but cancelled for * person on **th june, airlines is showing refunded and I have confirmed with them. The amount of refund to happy easy go from airlines but in the starting *-* months whenever I called to happy easy go they said it’ll take ** days to days as per their TnCs now no refund is processed and it’s been * months from the date the I cancelled the ticket. No reply on the customer helping email and from past *.* months their contact is not reachable. It is complete fraud which cause me a loss of ****/- INR
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
