Easemytrip and Japan Airlines - Flight canceled mid journey left me stranded in international country

Flight from Delhi To Toronto had * sectors, the last sector flight got cancelled. I asked for rebooking, they didn't give any update, I stayed in Vancouver for * days on my own expense but they didn't book me on another flight. Then i booked a new flight, and asked for refund.

Placed application for full refund, they were giving me refund of **** INR which I rejected, and I asked for bifurcation amountof each sector on what basis they are providing me the refund and they stated it's as per refund policy of airlines, so I asked for that policy, they refused for sharing both things. After a month, they themselves processed the refund of **** bucks without my acceptance. I told them you can take back **** bucks, get me a rebooked flight. I don't accept this refund.
