Travolook in - Flight cancelation amount not refunded

I booked my flight through travolook.in website and there was a certain discount amount being offered. As soon as I booked the flight and paid for it, their customer center called up and said that they are canceling my flight as the discount amount was not in effect at that moment, and that they will refund the amount within **-** working days. It's been over ** days and I still haven't received my refund. Their customer center is a joke and they practice ill methods like they are not able to hear me and all that.
