Hi Team,

I Booked my flight from LKO-BLR around * month ago. After successful transaction, Received immediate notification and call mentioning that due to operational issues, This booking is cancelled and you will get your refund in * Weeks time. After multiple attempts sending email, speaking with Customer Support. I have not received my refund and now they have stopped replying to email. I saw multiple complaints regarding travolook and it seems many people got bugged here. Please help here to get the refund.
