Travalook in - Flight booking payment refund

I booked flight from travalook.in . I chose upi method to pay for the ticket. The money got deducted and it said that flight could not be booked. But the money ₹**** was deducted from my account. I then contacted the customer care they said that your ticket could not be booked and that the money will be refunded within *-** days. After that I read many reviews about travalook that many of the people have faced same issues. Upi reference no is- ************
