I have booked a flight from Delhi to Pune on December *st, **** for the date **, Dec, ****. The site took all the required details and finally asked for payment. I paid **** rs via UPI. After balance deduction I was waiting for receiving the details of the flight, which were supposed to be shown within ** mins.
After an hour I started contacting the team via customer support number (**** *** ****) and there email id (support@travolook.in) but have not received any response. The site looks like a complete fraud. It's a very painful experience. I am seeking for refund of my money.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
