www travolook in - Flight Booking cancelled but money not refunded

I booked a ticket for delhi to pune on Vistara flight for ** Oct **** via travolook.in site. after *o min I received message that my booking was cancelled.
My money is not refunded for Booking ( Rs **** Ticket cost ) Also because of this my money is stuck and meanwhile other ticket price increased , which i could have booked if my money was refunded in time.
Because of one day delay , my travel plans and other things got delayed.
Kindly ban such sites if they are not able to do business or their sole motto is fraud and harassing people.
I made booking on ** Oct **** between ** PM to ** AM
