I booked a flight on **th May (REF*********) through TRAVOLOOK I got an email that said that the flight is canceled and my money will be refunded within **-** days. I tried contacting the customer service after ** working days, they first told me that there is delay in processing the refund from the airlines. They said that they will immediately refund once it's processed from the airlines. I followed after a few days, they said that they can not process it due to some technical error. They asked me to wait for more than *-** working days. I followed after ** working days and they are still saying that there is a technical error and they are processing it. I also wrote a few emails and got a templated response from them. PFA email conversation for proof.

I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
