Travo look - Flight booked and then cancelled but money not refunded

VIKAS Manhas filed complaint against Travo look on Mar 2, 2021

On **-**-****,I booked a flight ticket for one person from Amritsar to Ranchi for Rs **** around **b** pm for **th Feb ****, after sometime I didn't get confirmation from the company for the ticket, then I called customer care, the executive told me that flight got full capacity and so ticket was cancelled and my money will be credited to my account within **-** days, but till **g**-**** I have not received any refund.
