M S Yashraj Infra Constructions P Ltd - Flats have not been handed over by developed as per agreement

I entered into development agreement with mentioned developer on **th June ****. As per point no.** of development agreement, M/S Yashraj Infra Constructions (P) Ltd. had to handover my share (**% of total no. of flats, i.e. * flats) of flats in * years with extension of one year, but they have not given till now. They are not responding to calls and also letters. On whatsapp they have given false commitment several times, but it is not being done. Response of letter, dated **th Nov ****, has still not been sent. I also sent him legal notice in the month of Oct-Nov ****, but he has not responded to that also. So he is not honouring the term of agreement and I am loosing rental revenue. So this is simply violation of agreement and poor service on part of developer and I am loosing rental revenue of five flats since june **** even after grace period of one year. So I lost rental revenue of five flats for around *** months till now. The loss will be close to ** lacs
