Lt. Col. Sugam Krishna Singh had booked one studio apartment at a cost of Rs *.** lakh and Smt Mrinali Choudhury had booked one * BHK flat at a cost of Rs **.** lakh in Shreekshetra Kalinga Kutira Project at Sipasarubali in Puri in ****-**** through Mr. Himanshu Sekhar Nayak (MD) and his Assistant Mr. Arijit. We had previously been told that flats will be ready by ****-**; later they told that we shall get the flats by ****-**. But, we are unable to contact these persons now either through phone or email.
