Balaji Symphony - Flat possession not yet given as per agreement

Flat possession date as per agreement was April **** and with * months grace period October ****. Possession is not yet given. Total consideration as per agreement Rs. **,**,*** out of which Rs. **,**,*** paid on time as per demand by the promoter's office until August ****. Till June ****, delay in possession is ** months and compensation as per section ** of RERA @ **.**% (SBI MCLR *.**% +*%) is Rs. **,**,***. If not paid until **th July ****, the amount of compensation to be recalculated until the date of possession of flat. No dues to be paid by myself until the compensation amount is not settled. Flat possession to be given to me on the date of receipt of Occupancy Certificate (OC) from the competent authority.
