Niil Infrastructures Private Limited - Flat Possession not given and Bank is demanding EMIs

I purchased a construction linked flat in NIIL infrastructure project in Agra in ****, where i have to deposit the initial **% amount for booking and after that at every construction milestone the next payment is required to deposit. The total value of the flat was ** lac. I almost deposited **-**% of the payment and then suddenly one day builder declared himself insolvent and ran away. Then after that NCLT has taken up the case and from last *-* years it is going on without any result. Now the issue I have taken a loan of ** lac from SBI bank who has approved the project and finance also. Now i am paying EMI every month and have no hope that i will be able to get this flat.
So my only request is how I am not be forced to pay EMI till NCLT settled the case and we got the confirmation of the possession or compensation from the builder. So please suggest and help me to get this resolve this monthly EMI issue.
