A flat was booked in the year **** at under construction project named The Pyramid by Mounthill Realty at Rajarhat, Kolkata with the booking amount of Rs. ******. Against the payment an agreement dated **/**/**** was given with flat details and terms and agreements. But later on while doing site visit and enquiring i came across that the work had been stopped and the and the staffs too at corporate office and registered office found absconded. Numerous call made at landline no and mobile but all were found invalid.
I request if you can guide me and help out to get my hard earned money compensated.
