Cancan Builders Promoters - Flat Agreement for sale Documents not provided by Cancan group

Dear Sir,

I've purchased a under construction * BHK Flat in Kolkata, project name is Skylark, Address - Skylark project, Action Area -*D, near Unitech Gate -*, Kolkata-******.through Indiabulls Pvt Ltd. Builder is Cancan Groups.

I've paid **% of agreed flat cost (Flat area *** SQFT @**** rupee SQFT) through cheques in **** itself which is **, **,*** (eleven lakhs, seventy thousand) in favor of builder Cancan groups in “ESCROW account” and remaining amount I shall be taking loan. Builder (Cancan group) promised me to provide possession by April-****. Construction was on-hold since last *.* years because of multiple reasons/issues.
Neither Indiabulls NOR Cancan groups has provided any copy of Agreement for sale or any other supporting documents, however, they took my signatures on Agreement for sale documents long back. I need proper communication from Cancun Group (Builder) as when my flat will be ready for possession OR to return my hard earned money back which I’ve paid.
