P N B - Fixed deposit issue for mistake by Rahul Das manager of PALSANDA Branch

SIR,
I submitted a request on **th November **** for Closing my matured Fixed deposit
acc no: ************* (The Copy of
Deposit receipt attached)
But The Total amount not Credited in my account.
On the time of submitting the Closing request of my matured F.D,the manager of P.N.B PALSANDA Branch named Rahul Das asked me,"Are you Want to Close or renew your F.D" I was clearly answered that I want to Close it And Then submitted the F.D Closing request with Original receipt.

But When I checked my Accounts balance, I noticed that the total amount not credited there are a deduction of approx Rupees **,*** .
Then I Contacted the branch manager Rahul Das for Knowing the reason/informing the issue he Tottaly misbehaved me and said "the mony deducted for not Submitting of P.A.N CARD,**G form, and explained many about incom tax as a reason of the deduction "


Then I Contacted to P.N.B customer care Toll free no and they said that the F.D renewed and Closed.

I request to take action for misbehaving and giving wrong information by BRANCH manager of PALSANDA Branch(Rahul Das)
I want to refund my mony any how.
