My uncle(mother's brother) opened a FD in adarsh credit co-operative society ltd. around * years ago but due to financial fraud his life savings is stuck and his life savings are in risk also he is alone and have responsibility of ** year old sister. so, he is struggling with money very badly. It will be very helpful if this FD could be refund
