FireBoltt Boltt Games Pvt Ltd - FireBoltt Delivered Damaged Smartwatch Without Strap or Charger No Response to Complaint

I ordered the Brillia Pro Smartwatch directly from Fire-Boltt's official website.

However, upon receiving the parcel, I was shocked to find that:

The watch screen was broken
Despite multiple emails, including video proof and invoices, I have only received generic responses. They keep delaying by asking me to resend videos in different formats or smaller sizes.

It’s mentally exhausting and seems like a clear case of consumer harassment and negligence. There has been no replacement, no refund, and no proper customer support.

I’m being asked to wait again and again, even after fulfilling all their requirements. They are clearly misleading customers through fake advertising and poor support.
