Complaint Details : Respected sir, I am using bluestar ac along with vguard stabilizer. Due to the vguard stabilizer fire accident happened at my home and house has been damaged. Due to the quality issues in vguard stabilizer this fire accident happened. At first when I turned on the ac swich immediately within seconds stabilezer got blasted and fire spread over the wall and ceiling. Main use of the stabilizer is to maintain safe enviorment but due to vguard stabilizer fire accident happened and my new house has been damaged due to that fire accident. I informed this incident to vguard company and they sent one executive(prasad) to my home. Vguard executive prasad handling: Mr. Prasad came to my home and started inspection and demanded to get the bill, warranty card and box of the stabilizer and we provided everything but he is not satisfied with that and tried to prove us one of the document missing and also he behaved very rudely to us. Prasad felt like he is the boss of the company and behaved very irresponsible to us at my home. He nearly spent * hours of time at my home and around * hours he is busy with his mobile. I kindly requested Please take proper action against vguard company and also on the executive prasad. My kind request is to vguard need to bear the loss happened due to their stabilizer blast fire accident. If vguard company properly designed their stabilizer this fire accident have not been happened but vguard company is playing games with customer. For each and every house hold products we are using stabilizers because of the safety concerns and to maintain safe enviorment but due to the vguard stabilizer fire accidents are happening on.
