FINVENTO ECONOMICS PVT LTD - Finvento Economics Pvt Ltd Failed to Refund Consultancy Fee of

I paid ₹**,*** on ** February **** to Finvento Economics Pvt. Ltd., Lucknow for business loan/funding consultancy services.

As per the LOA shared by the company, the engagement period was ** days. However, even after more than three months, no loan/funding was arranged and no clear status update was provided.

The company representatives Nidhi Mishra and Pinky Singh continuously gave different dates and assurances. Later, the company agreed through email to refund the amount by ** June ****, but the refund has still not been processed.

Repeated calls, WhatsApp messages and emails are either ignored or not responded to properly. Due to this conduct, I have suffered financial loss, business delay, mental stress and inconvenience.

I request immediate refund of ₹**,*** along with appropriate action for deficiency in service, lack of transparency and unfair business practices.
