I'm a resident of Oyo Life Delhi. Due to Covid situation I asked Oyo agent to adjust my security deposit for the months rent. He was very positive and helpful and said yes he will adjust etc etc. Now after ** days into the situation Oyo is sending me eviction notice and charging fine moreover taking my security deposit. When the agent himself told not to pay he will adjust how can Oyo charge fine on me and ask to leave the place.
