What happened:
I placed the above order on ** November **** from findyourkicks.com. Their website and emails promised delivery within **–** working days. Despite multiple follow‑ups, I have received only generic "authentication hub" and "investigation" responses.

As of ** January ****, **+ days have passed with:

No valid tracking number
No confirmed dispatch date
No refund despite repeated requests

What I want:
Full refund of ₹**,*** to my original payment method within * days, or immediate dispatch with valid tracking and delivery within * days.
