Embolden Solar Ladhewali Road Rama Mandi Jalandhar Mobile nos - Financial loss and harrasment

I contacted Vishal Amar Rishi owner of Embolden Solar for installation of *K.W.rooftop solar at my residence (*,Vasant Vihar Ext.Jalandhar )on June **,**** at a cost of Rs.******.**(all aspects of the project included) whereas a subsidy of Rs.*****.**(approx.)will be paid to me by peda after completion and inspection.An advance of Rs.*****.** was paid to the installer as demanded by him.He started the work and applied for necessary permissions from peda and pseb(solar meter).Peda on **.**.**** granted the approval but the installer insisited for more advance of Rs.******.** and finaly Rs.*****.** was paid by *th.December ****(Total advance paid Rs.******.**).After he deliberatedly delayed .It has been completed on **.**.**** after intervention of police.Now he has given me some bills on**.**.**** after putting up different bill dates but has not given proof of submission of subsidy papers or status of subsidy and warrant cards of solar panels.inverter and other equipment.He was install * *** watts of solar panels whereas installed only**** watts panels(***x*=****)but actually the peak power generation found was only **** watts.Not only he delayed the project but also harassed me a lot by not responding.Pl.make him to compensate me by paying Rs.******.** for subsidy,power generation loss ,lesser wattage power panels, ,poor quality of solar panels and harrasment
