Aadhar credit finance private limited - Financial fraud

I applied for a personal loan of rs ***** and after they approved the loan,they asked me to deposit processing fees,GSTetc..and after I paid above Rs ****** for processing fees,they ask me to pay more and I told them to cancel the loan.customer care told me that the processing fee will be refund after two weeks,and it's over *weeks now and they still don't refund the processing fees..
