Subject: Complaint regarding Yezdi Adventure purchase and RSA service

I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with my recent purchase of a Yezdi Adventure from Swastik Motors, Kattupakkam. The issues I faced during and after the purchase have led me to question the dealership's business practices.

During the enquiry phase, I was provided a quotation that included ₹**,*** for RTO charges. However, after registration, I received a message from the RTO stating that the new vehicle registration fee was ₹**,***. When I spoke with the AGM of the showroom, I was informed that the difference of ₹*,*** was for RTO, broker bribe, handling charges, and transport charges for RTO.

I strongly believe that these charges should be handled by the dealership as part of their service, rather than passing them on to the customer. It appears that the dealership is making an additional profit of ₹*,*** on every sale, which is unacceptable.

Furthermore, I had opted for the RSA package, which should have been enrolled for my vehicle at the time of purchase. Instead, I received a call from the dealership a month after delivery, asking if I needed RSA or not. This lack of communication and follow-up on the services I paid for is disappointing.

As someone from a similar profession, I am aware of the standard practices and protocols. I am shocked that the dealership would engage in such practices, taking advantage of unsuspecting customers. I hope that you will take immediate action to address my concerns and ensure that such practices are discontinued.

I request a detailed explanation for the additional charges and confirmation that the RSA service has been activated for my vehicle. I also expect a refund of the excess amount charged.
