Ritesh filed complaint against ICICI Bank on Feb 5, 2023
A UPI fraud has happened with being shown on * February and also on future date i.e. * February ****. I received my salary on * February ****. Today when I checked my account details via Phone banking app I could see Rs. ***** got deducted from my account on * February ****. Further it is showing that Rs ***** is deducted from account on * February **** and I am complaining about it on * February ****. How is it possible? Both the transactions are not raised by me and still they are shown as Successful with proper transaction IDs already generated. The complete information has been provided to the ICICI bank claiming that hos can a transaction be shown confirmed in future date. They are saying again and again that since today is a non-working day it can be possible. My question to the bank is HOw is it possible? The same issue has been raised in Cyber Crime with the necessary proofs. They are also confused that how is it possible. Above all, I have not received a single message from ICICI bank since yesterday for the salary credited till now even when my account is blocked and my complaint is registered. It's clearly visible that it is a case of online fraud.
