Punjab National Bank Garli PO Bahina Tehsil Barsar Distt Hamirpur H P - Financial Fraud

That Rs.*****.** is debited fraud from my saving account No.**************** on **/*/**.On dated **/*/** bank is informing me through message that dear customer claim lodged vide SRN No.I********* ,I*********, I*********, I*********, I********* is rejected.It is very painful for me because without clarifying reason my claim is rejected.It is very clear that bank is not taking pain of this fraud transaction where this amount is credited,where that bank is situated and in which account this amount *****.** is credited.The bank has not taken steps to recover the amount.It is the neglectful attitude .Therefore it is prayed that directions be given to PNB Garli to refund Rs.*****.** to my saving account immediately as I have pay fee of my children.Thanks and regards.
