Clevup Technologies Pvt Ltd - Financial Fraud Package not delivered

I wanted to buy a shirt so when I was scrolling my Instagram I saw an ad from STTITCH and clicked on it. it redirected me to a website named sttitch.in . there I saw various types of products then I saw a shirt combo and ordered that shirt combo and made the payment of **** through Upi then they sent me a message saying the order was confirmed . After one to two days I got to know that they don't have an Instagram page and they are running their ad through Facebook. Then I searched for their company and I got nothing after that I checked my payment details and saw that I had paid money to a company named CLEVUP TECHNOLOGIES PVT LTD. Then I came to know that it was a fraud company and I am a **-year-old student, I had saved money for the shirt but I got scammed and now I had zero money for the month what should I say to my parents. They are still running the ad on Instagram don't buy anything from these fraudsters. Please help me Voxya.
