Telegram - Financial Fraud on Telegram

Telegram is allowing people to operate in the application who are committing financial fraud. I have been scammed. I have filed FIR but my investigation officer has not done anything till date. I have written to Telegram Support team as well to help get resolution from them to find out the scammers and give the details to police and banking authorities but I have not received a single response on the same. the scammers are till date freely using telegram account and duping other people as well
