Pratiksha and Girish from Sales Team cheated.
Prathiksha never ever informed me about charges and Girish promised me over recording call amount will be adjusted to the loan account but now customer care executives from bajaj called me and told it's not possible to adjust the amount charged for me because I submitted the agreement. I don't have any written documents either from Prathiksha and Girish.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
