Ramtirth Leasing and Finance Company - Finance Company not transferred the sanctioned loan amount

We applied medical loan on **th June **** of Rs ******.**(One Lakhs Twenty Thousand) and sanctioned the same from Arogya finance officially named as Ramtirth Leasing and Finance Company Pvt. Ltd. Since we undergone treatment, the finance company told they directly transfer the money to the hospital. But for the hospital account they transferred only Rs. ******.**( One lakh Ten Thousand Four Hundred only) instead of ******.**. They reduced Rs ****.**. I asked for the explanation many times through phone and Mail. No proper information from them. They told based on the agreement between Finance company and Hospital they have deduced Rs ****.** and cannot refund. We were not informed while applying loan and no information in the application form also about the deduction amount of Rs ****.**. We totally depressed and felt cheated by a finance company. Please help us to get that extra money ****.**. Also request you collect penalty amount for their cheating because we suffered a lot mentally.
